If, for objective reasons, a candidate cannot appear in person at the Faculty of Letters to confirm their place, the application file can be submitted by a representative, based on the power of attorney below.
Confirmation of Place, by Category
When confirming the place, the file uploaded to the platform must be submitted (with all the original documents; a copy of the birth certificate and ID card must also be brought). The composition of the file, according to the regulations, can be consulted here.
For candidates admitted to budgeted places, the confirmation of the place is done both online and physically, at the Faculty of Letters,on 10th September 2024, between 9:00 AM and 3:00 PM, following these steps:
1. Confirm the budgeted place online, on the registration platform;
2. Upload and send the signed and completed enrollment contract to the platform, in PDF format (a single document);
*The enrollment contract will be generated by the platform after completing personal data.
3. Submit the complete file with original documents (+2 passport-sized photos) to the faculty’s headquarters, on 10th September 2024, between 9:00 AM and 3:00 PM;
4. Select the pedagogical module in the platform (if desired);
5. Select the accommodation request in the dormitory for the academic year 2024-2025 (if desired).

For candidates admitted to fee-paying places, the confirmation of the place is done both online and physically, at the Faculty of Letters,on September 10, 2024, between 9:00 AM and 3:00 PM, following these steps:
1. Confirm the fee-paying place online, on the registration platform;
2. Pay the first tuition fee installment: 900 RON, on the platform;
3. Upload and submit the completed and signed tuition contract on the platform, in PDF format (as a single document);
*The tuition contract will be generated by the platform after completing the personal data.
4. Tick the option on the platform to request redistribution for a budgeted place;
5. Submit the complete file, with the original documents (+2 ID photos), at the faculty’s headquarters, during: September 10, 2024, between 9:00 AM and 3:00 PM;
6. Tick the option on the platform for the pedagogical module (if desired);
7. Tick the option on the platform to request accommodation in the dormitory for the academic year 2024-2025 (if desired).
