DISSERTATION EXAM – JULY 2025
Registration: June 12, 2025 – June 25, 2025, between 9:00 a.m. and 1:00 p.m.
THE FILE MUST BE SCANNED AND UPLOADED TO THE REGISTRATION PLATFORM.
SUBMISSION OF THE DISSERTATION IN ELECTRONIC FORMAT: JUNE 20, 2025.
The dissertation defense will take place in person.
DISSERTATION EXAM: July 2, 2025; times to be determined by each department.
IMPORTANT: The exam will be held in person.
1. When registering online, you will need: Your dissertation + Appendix 2.
The final dissertation must be sent ONLY ELECTRONICALLY to the departmental committee secretary by 12:00 noon on June 20, 2025, accompanied by the Declaration of Completion (Annex 2; this must be signed ONLY AFTER the similarity report has been completed in Turnitin by the coordinating professor ; it must contain the coordinator’s opinion).
2. When registering online, you will need: the dissertation, the coordinator’s opinion (Annex 2 – Declaration of completeness) and the similarity report.
3. Between June 12 and 25, the registration file must be scanned and uploaded to the REGISTRATION PLATFORM.

Regulations for taking the dissertation exam
*The final dissertation must be sent electronically to the departmental committee secretary by June 20, 2025, at 12 noon, accompanied by the Declaration of Completion (Annex 2; this must be signed ONLY AFTER the similarity report has been completed in Turnitin by the supervising professor; which must contain the coordinator’s approval).

***The title of the dissertation must be written in capital letters, in Romanian.
ATTENTION!
MASTER’S STUDENTS WHO HAVE NOT PAID THEIR TUITION FEES AND/OR EXAM FEES IN FULL CANNOT REGISTER FOR THE DISSERTATION!
DOCUMENTS REQUIRED FOR ENROLMENT IN THE DOCTORAL PROGRAMME
1. ENROLMENT FORM (generated by the enrolment platform);
2. FULL DOCTORAL THESIS DECLARATION (Annex 2; to be signed only AFTER the similarity report has been completed in Turnitin by the supervising professor);
3. SIMILARITY REPORT;
4. *Graduates with a bachelor’s degree from UBB: BACHELOR’S DEGREE;
5. *Graduates with a bachelor’s degree from other universities: BACHELOR’S DEGREE + HIGH SCHOOL TRANSCRIPT (scanned front/back after the original documents) and BACHELOR’S DEGREE + SUPPLEMENT TO THE DIPLOMA (scanned front/back after the original documents);
6. *For graduates who were admitted to the competition/studies based on a certificate/attestation of equivalence of studies, a letter of acceptance, a ministerial order, etc., the following are required: the certificate/attestation of equivalence of studies, the letter of acceptance, the ministerial order, etc., as applicable, and the study document and annexes to that document;
7. BIRTH CERTIFICATE (scanned after the original document);
*Foreign students must also submit a copy of their passport and a certified translation of their birth certificate;
8. 2 PHOTOGRAPHS ¾ (identical photographs, on a uniform background, not previously used: no traces of staples, stamps or rusty paper clips) – ONLY FOR GRADUATES FROM 2015. The photos must be submitted TO THE DEPARTMENT SECRETARY DURING THE REGISTRATION PERIOD FOR THE LICENSE;
9. DISSERTATION (to be uploaded to the platform in PDF format);
10. PROOF OF PAYMENT OF THE REGISTRATION FEE – WHERE APPLICABLE* – 1500 RON.
